As a product strategist, I use my practice experience, insights and tools to help organisations create product strategies that deliver results.

With experiences in organisations including Barclays, BT, Cognizant, 02, Sky & Thomson Reuters, I’ve used a range of techniques to understand customer needs and deliver new and existing products from strategy to execution.

Authoring 4 product management books, mentoring product people, speaking, co-hosting a monthly product meet-up and writing has given me insights and tools to accelerate my product strategy work.
